Essential Job Duties

Key Responsibilities

1) Quality Care.

Greet patients and establish a working rapport
Elicit medical information such as a patient history, symptoms, and current state of health
Provide physical exams to gather information to make appropriate diagnoses
Work with all members of the healthcare team to provide the appropriate assistance and treatment a patient may need.

2. Plan of Care.

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment to insure patient wellbeing
Instruct patients and their families about continued wellness in their home setting
Document and update patient records as needed
Refer patients to specialists as needed
